Our Score
Freyja is one of the best WordPress theme for personal blog in the Mojo marketplace. With Freyja, you can easily get your site up and running. In case you need assistance, you can easily find a solution by referring to the documentation.
The intuitive theme options panel makes customization easy.
We give Freyja 4.6 out of 5 stars. Here is the breakdown of our review scores:
Glitchy theme that is not intuitive to build. Demo theme would not even import to WP and customer support was completely unhelpful. Avoid this company and theme.
I’m glad you have had success with this company. I have found Sparrow and Snow’s tech support to be lackluster and incredibly frustrating. You get good service for about the first month of service (after you’ve paid, naturally), and then it’s patchy communication from there.
They must be a new and growing company. It clearly shows. They tell you to direct all tech support emails through a chat bot ticket on their main page…but then you get there and the bot is malfunctioning.
I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Not unless they want to be met with headaches and unprofessionalism. Their themes are “pretty” and they seem functional at first, but there are actually loads of issues with it:
-the typography is not responsive
-Even when wordpress and theme has been updated, the theme is not responsive with the new WP
-Custom CSS does NOT work. You would have to access the original style sheet to do anything and if you’re not comfortable doing that or not knowledgable, then good luck.
-Formatting the images is a pain. You have to do some (in my opinion) unnecessary (toggle view) to make the images fit how you like.
If anyone plans on choosing this company. Have a solid computer programming/developing background.
I’m really disheartened.
