Are you looking for a way to change the home URL in the WooCommerce breadcrumbs to a specific URL using the get_permalink();
? While there’s probably a plugin for this, we have created a quick code snippet that you can use to add custom breadcrumb home URL in WooCommerce.
Instructions:
All you have to do is add this code to your theme’s functions.php file or in a site-specific plugin:
add_filter( 'woocommerce_breadcrumb_home_url', 'woo_custom_breadrumb_home_url' ); function woo_custom_breadrumb_home_url() { return get_permalink(6); }
You need to add your page ID in the get_permalink();
function.
Note: If this is your first time adding code snippets in WordPress, then please refer to our guide on how to properly copy / paste code snippets in WordPress, so you don’t accidentally break your site.
