Are you looking for a way to show the Tweet button on your posts? While there’s probably a plugin for this, we have created a quick code snippet that you can use to add Tweet button in WordPress.
Instructions:
All you have to do is add this code to your theme’s single.php file inside the loop:
<a href="http://twitter.com/share" class="twitter-share-button" data-url="<?php the_permalink() ?>" data-count="vertical" data-via="<?php bloginfo('name') ?>">Tweet</a> <script type="text/javascript" src="http://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js"></script>
