Are you looking for a way to change spell check language to a language other than English? While there’s probably a plugin for this, we have created a quick code snippet that you can use to change spell check language in WordPress.
Instructions:
All you have to do is add this code to your theme’s functions.php file or in a site-specific plugin:
function fb_mce_external_languages($initArray){ $initArray['spellchecker_languages'] = '+German=de, English=en'; return $initArray; } add_filter('tiny_mce_before_init', 'fb_mce_external_languages');
Note: If this is your first time adding code snippets in WordPress, then please refer to our guide on how to properly add code snippets in WordPress, so you don’t accidentally break your site.

Hi Koji
No need to be sorry, in fact I forgot to post where this snippet should be placed. To get the snippet to work just place it within the functions.php of your wordpress theme.
