Are you looking for a way to create custom CSS for WordPress editor? While there’s probably a plugin for this, we have created a quick code snippet that you can use to create custom CSS for WordPress editor in WordPress.
Instructions:
All you have to do is add this code to your theme’s functions.php file or in a site-specific plugin:
add_editor_style('css/custom-editor-style.css');
The parameter of add_editor_style()
is the name of the stylesheet relative to the theme root. It also accepts an array of stylesheets. It’s optional and defaults to ‘editor-style.css’.
This is an example of an editor_css.css
file.
body#tinymce.wp-editor { font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; margin:10px; }
