Instructions:
All you have to do is add this code to your theme’s functions.php file or in a site-specific plugin:

function custom_feed_footer($content)
{
if(is_feed())
$content .= 'Your text';
return $content;
}
add_filter('the_excerpt_rss', 'custom_feed_footer');

}
