Are you looking for a way to display published posts between two dates or last year posts? While there’s probably a plugin for this, we have created a quick code snippet that you can use to display published posts between two dates in WordPress.
Instructions:
All you have to do is add this code to your theme’s sidebar.php file:
<?php function filter_where($where = '') { $where .= " AND post_date >= '1980-05-11' AND post_date <= '2011-05-11'"; return $where; } add_filter('posts_where', 'filter_where'); query_posts($query_string); while (have_posts()) : the_post(); the_content(); endwhile; ?>
Note: If this is your first time adding code snippets in WordPress, then please refer to our guide on how to properly add code snippets in WordPress, so you don’t accidentally break your site.
