Are you looking for a way to remove a WordPress post from from email settings? While there’s probably a plugin for this, we have created a quick code snippet that you can use to remove post via email settings from the writing section in WordPress settings menu.
Instructions:
All you have to do is add this code to your theme’s functions.php file or in a site-specific plugin:
add_filter( 'enable_post_by_email_configuration', '__return_false' );
Note: If this is your first time adding code snippets in WordPress, then please refer to our guide on how to properly copy / paste code snippets in WordPress, so you don’t accidentally break your site.

Doesn’t seem to work with 3.6
Does this work in WordPress 3.5 too? Just dropped it into a site and I can still see the Post By Email prompt…
Uhh so simple. Thanks for this.
Cool glad to hear it was a useful snippet
