WordPress automatically saves your posts as you’re working with them, which is a great feature if you suddenly loose your internet connection or such. The time between the autosaves is easy to specify.
Instructions:
All you have to do is add this code to your theme’s wp-config.php file.
# Autosave interval set to 200 seconds #
define('AUTOSAVE_INTERVAL', 200);
