This is a fantastic and awesome theme.
I have the7 for several websites. It is a good theme. However, when there are problems with their updated version of their theme, you are stuck. Their customer support usually takes days to respond. And when they do respond and you respond back, you have to wait days again. So that means a single problem can drag on for weeks because of their slow response time while your clients are losing sales from a down site.
Hi there I am currently using the 7 for my website, I love the site but according to Google page insights it is ultra slow, 3 different companies have tried to speed it up with plugins but they all affect the site and make it go wrong like I dont get my enquiries and it changes how the site looks on a mobile etc, what can I do to get the Google score up so they dont move my site down the rankings.
I have exactly the same issues and I’m beyond frustrated at how poorly google ranks it
